The Deity of Jesus Christ deals with with the central issue of Jesus Christ being God.

Deity Defined:
The DEITY OF JESUS CHRIST is the teaching or belief that Jesus Christ is fully God.

The Holy Bible provides numerous scripture references that establish Jesus as God in human form. These passages serve as a testament to the divinity of Jesus and his purpose on Earth. One such reference is found in the book of John, where it states, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." This verse emphasizes Jesus' eternal existence and his divine nature. Additionally, the book of Colossians declares, "For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell." This verse further highlights Jesus' complete embodiment of God's essence. Furthermore, the Gospel of Matthew recounts Jesus' own declaration, "I and the Father are one," affirming his deity. These scriptural references, among many others, consistently affirm the belief that Jesus is indeed God in the flesh.
